The controller of personal data under Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (from now on: "GDPR") is Urban Invest & Consulting s.r.o IČ 29387876 with its registered office at Klimentská 1746/52, Nové Město (Prague 1), 110 00, registered in the Trade Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague (from now on: "Administrator").

Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, a network identifier or to one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
The administrator has not appointed a data protection officer.
II. Sources and categories of personal data processed
The administrator processes personal data that you have provided to the administrator or personal data that the administrator has obtained on the basis of the fulfillment of your order: - First name and Last Name - e-mail address
The administrator processes your identification and contact data and data necessary for the performance of the contract.
III. Lawful basis and purpose of the processing of personal data
The lawful reason for the processing of personal data is
- the performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, - the fulfillment of a legal obligation of the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
The purpose of processing personal data is
- processing your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the administrator; when placing an order, non-binding order and obtaining information about the service, personal data are required that are necessary for the successful execution of the order (name, contact), the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without the provision of personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or perform it by the administrator, - fulfilling legal obligations towards the state.
There is no automatic individual decision-making by the administrator within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.
IV. Data retention period
The administrator stores personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims under these contractual relationships (for a period of 5 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
After the expiry of the retention period, the administrator shall delete the personal data.
V. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the administrator)
The recipients of personal data are persons
- involved in the execution of payments and the implementation and delivery of services on the basis of a contract, - providing services for the operation of websites and web applications and other services in connection with the operation of the company for the creation of websites and applications- providing marketing services.
The administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (non-EU country) or an international organization.
VI. Personal data processors
The processing of personal data is carried out by the controller, but personal data may also be processed for the administrator by the following administrator:
- possibly another provider of processing software services and applications, which are not currently used by the administrator.

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have - the right to access your personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR, - the right to rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, or restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR, - the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR, - the right to object to processing pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, - the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR, and - the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or e-mail of the controller set out in Article III of these terms and conditions.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated, or to go to court.
VIII. Personal data security conditions
The administrator declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data.
The administrator has taken technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in paper form.
The administrator declares that only persons authorised by the controller have access to the personal data.
